Share our passion for fascinating materials

Share our passion for fascinating materials. Copper and copper alloys can be found everywhere in modern industrial production. With their knowledge of the special characteristics of the materials used by us, our material scientists provide the basis for everything that we make possible today and will make possible tomorrow.

This requires a smart mind and a huge amount of expert knowledge. Yours, for example! In addition to your technical qualifications, we are also interested in the things that are not normally found in a resume: Your personality.

Innovative developments require new impetus

Metal is more than just a material for you. With your detailed understanding of materials, alloys and the production of semi-finished products, you will be able to find compelling solutions even in an environment of increasing requirements regarding material characteristics.

Your knowledge and ideas can be put to use in our research and development, in our technical marketing, or in our manufacturing operations. Working independently or as part of a team, you will develop practical solutions for our customers and follow technology trends with an eye toward future market needs.

As a materials scientist, you will most likely join our research, development and innovation team in Vöhringen, close to the foundry. Here you will benefit from an inspiring research environment and a dedicated team of more than 100 scientists and colleagues who are eager to share their unique knowledge of copper, alloys, casting and forming processes.

With your detailed understanding of materials, you will be working on the new and further development of materials, alloys, surfaces, products and production processes.

Your knowledge and your ideas will find applications in practice-oriented, innovative solutions for our customers.
